We may often hire the service of experts, contractors, freelancers or temporary workers (like lawyers, chartered accountants, doctors, engineers, chartered surveyors, architects, IT technologists, IFAs, managment experts, pharmacists, consultants etc. qualified in different jurisdictions depending on the needs of our clients but we notify that we do not guarantee the standard of services provided by the third parties and shall disclaim all type of responsibilities for errors and omission for the act of the third parties.
We shall try to give the best possible quotation as to the cost and time involved but it may change according to your requirement or circumstances beyond our control.
We may charge minimum administrative costs of which you will be informed when you agree to hire our services. Marketing and Advertisement Services, Virtual Offices and Student Support Services may be required to pay full amount out right.
We disclaim the responsibilities for the unpaid amount to the third parties for the arrangement made on behalf of our client.
All the disputes and claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of England & Wales.
